TERRA TROPICS is a brand inspired by our tropics, which is home to eighty percent of our biodiversity. Its wide range of colors fills us with energy and joy, our Eco-sustainable essence makes us remember life, the basics and all the authenticity of our origins.

TERRA is Colombia, it is Tropic, and it is Eco-Sustainable with a clear social objective, impacting where our communities need it.

Colombia:

  • Colombia is located on the equator line, we have a tropical climate, known as equatorial climate, which gives us an advantage to have a diversity of flora / fruits throughout the year.  
  • Our products are made 100% by hand with the dried natural fiber of the palm leaf or plant originating from different regions of the country.
  • We work with regions offering fair trade and ensuring an ethical manufacturing process.
  • Our products are made using ancient and ancient techniques that represent the culture of indigenous people or Colombian artisans.

Eco-Sustainable:

  • 100% biodegradable due to its 100% natural fibers, which ensures its decomposition, providing balance to nature.
  • The main raw material is the dry palm leaf. Complete maturation of the leaf is expected before cutting and completing the final drying process.
  • Being a handmade product, our units are limited, avoiding overproduction.
  • We ensure the principles of Slow Fashion or Ecological Fashion. The useful life for normal use or fashion is five years or more, for heavy work (e.g. Agriculture) 2 years.
